GET ACTIVE - SERVE ON YOUR BOARD

It is an essential part of any organization, the Board of Directors.   In order to keep your Chapter a viable, worthwhile, and innovative organization, there needs to be a continuing infusion of new ideas, new goals, and new members.  As this year's President, I invite you to take the challenge and serve on your Board.  Help make this organization do what you think it should be doing to promote the profession.  Help get the message out to others by getting them to join our Chapter.  Help get continuing education to keep informed of the latest changes in laws, practices, and career paths.  We are currently taking nominations (aka volunteers) for members to serve on this year's Board of Directors (June '10 - May '11).  Don't worry, you will be adequately trained in your new position.  We have some Board members with over 20 years experience in having held various positions.  Just shoot me an email to let me know you are interested.  Don't make excuses, we are all busy, do it now!
